Lockyer Hearing has been serving the Lockyer Valley community since 2015, when we first opened our doors in Laidley under the name Fidelity Hearing Centre. From the very beginning, our goal has been simple: to provide professional, reliable hearing care that puts people first.
Over the years, we’ve grown alongside the community, with clinics in Lowood, Gatton, Laidley and Plainland. In 2025, we brought everything together under one roof with the opening of our purpose-built clinic in Plainland — designed to give locals better access to the highest standard of care, all in one convenient location.

Wesley is the founder of Lockyer Hearing, bringing years of experience in independent, client-centred hearing care. He is passionate about helping people understand their hearing and find solutions that genuinely suit their needs.
With a strong focus on best-practice care, clear advice and personalised technology choices, Wesley is committed to helping clients feel heard, supported and confident throughout their hearing journey.

Emily Ryan
Emily is an experienced audiologist who provides warm, thorough and personalised hearing care. She has a strong background in hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, wax management and client counselling.
Emily takes the time to understand each client’s needs and explain their options clearly, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their hearing care.

Paula Hughes
AudiologistPaula is one of Lockyer Hearing’s newest clinicians, bringing over a decade of experience in the audiology industry and a strong passion for helping people hear and communicate with confidence.
Having recently completed her Master of Audiology, Paula combines fresh clinical knowledge with years of practical industry experience. She offers warm, thoughtful and personalised care, helping clients feel comfortable, understood and well supported throughout their hearing journey.
Carlee Gooch
Customer Service ManagerCarlee is the friendly face who will often welcome you when you walk through the door at Lockyer Hearing, or the helpful voice you’ll hear when you give us a call. She brings extensive experience in hearing aid customer service and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable, supported and well looked after.
As a Lockyer Valley local, Carlee is passionate about caring for people in her own community. She is here to assist with appointments, hearing aid support and any questions along the way, helping make each visit to Lockyer Hearing a positive and welcoming experience.
